Native Orchids
Minnesota's orchids will grow in almost all types of habitats - wet prairies, coniferous forests, boreal forests, spruce tamaracks bogs and many other areas. I think that this is one of the reasons that I spend considerable amount of time from spring to fall pursuing these delicate flowers. All images were taken in Minnesota with a few from Western Wisconsin.
